By accessing and using Refine AI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Refine AI provides AI visibility optimization, LLM SEO services, schema automation, and custom AI tool development. Our services are designed to enhance your business's presence in AI-powered search results and improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. AI Visibility services are billed monthly in advance. Custom AI solutions require payment according to the agreed project milestones. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
You retain ownership of your business data and content. Refine AI retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed for service delivery. Custom-built solutions become your property upon full payment, excluding underlying Refine AI frameworks and methodologies.
Refine AI maintains strict confidentiality of all client information, business data, and strategic insights shared during our engagement. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and maintain compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
While we strive for optimal results, AI visibility and search algorithm outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We provide best-effort services based on current industry best practices and our proven methodologies. Results may vary based on industry competition, market conditions, and client implementation of recommendations.
Refine AI's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the preceding twelve months.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due. Client retains access to completed work and deliverables. Ongoing service obligations cease at the end of the notice period.
Refine AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
